Reedy Industries teamed up with KaBOOM, a national nonprofit organization, to develop a new playground for St. John de la Salle School in Chicago.
Where there was once a parking lot is now a beautiful and inviting space for children to climb, swing, run, and jump. Reedy assembled a small army of volunteers, more than 250 in all, to prepare the site, assemble and build a wonderful playground for the school's 245 children.

Starting early in the morning and working until late in the day - through cold mist and sunshine - many Reedy Industries employees worked continuously to get the playground finished. While some volunteers worked with shovel and saws, others worked with paint and wood to keep the children occupied and having fun. You can see the progression in the images to the right.
